Nominations - more information

  • To nominate a colleague (you cannot nominate yourself) for an award, you and they must be contracted (not agency) members of staff. All staff can nominate in any/all categories as long as only eligible colleagues (see: 'Who can be nominated?' in the table above) are nominated.
  • To access the nomination form, you will need to click the link below and then sign in to your work Google account, e.g. aname.304@apps.manor.brent.sch.uk (if you are already signed in, you will not need to sign in again) - if you have issues logging in, please contact the IT Team via your school's technician e-mail address.
  • The nomination form includes fields for your name and work e-mail address. This enables us to ensure that only eligible staff take part. Please provide accurate information - not doing so may result in your nomination being rejected.
  • Please provide strong reasons and examples to support your nomination as this is the only information that will be used to shortlist nominees, and we will not be able to ask for further information, etc.
  • You can nominate as many people for as many awards as you like by simply revisiting, completing, and submitting the nomination form for each person you'd like to nominate.
