Biography:
Jacky currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at The Rise Partnership Trust (RPT). She transitioned into this role from her previous position as Director of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and Coaching. In her role, she is responsible for fostering a culture of growth and development within the organisation. She provides coaching both within and outside of the workplace, offering support to colleagues across different teams. Jacky's coaching approach focuses on empowering individuals to find their own answers and navigate challenges towards achieving their goals. She has extensive experience in providing coaching training to leaders to support them to develop a coaching approach. She offers 1:1 coaching sessions and group coaching sessions.
Education and Qualifications:
Jacky holds a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning, a Diploma in Transformational Life Coaching, and a Certificate in Group Training. She also holds a National Professional Qualification for Leading Professional Development.
Accomplishments and Achievements:
Jacky has achieved notable successes during her time at RPT. She has successfully rolled out a coaching approach within the organisation, providing coaching training sessions to the executive and senior leadership teams. Additionally, she has delivered training programs for Aspiring Leaders both for class based staff and the central team, focusing on enhancing their leadership skills and capabilities. Furthermore, she has played a key role in establishing mental health support initiatives within the organisation, including the introduction of mental health first aiders and the implementation of a mental health vision for the school.
